AWS Users Group Chennai (AWSUGCHN) is all set to host the most awaited event, AWS Community Day Chennai 2019, unveiling success stories, use cases & much more from industry leaders.
AWS User Group Chennai (AWSUGCHN) is a Chennai based group united by community-led learnings and diversified by the wide variety of tools and technologies closely knit with Amazon Web Services, Cloud Computing Technology, AWS Design Implementation and Servicing, High Scalability / Performance Computing, Production use cases of AWS, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and much more.
The AWS Community Day is supported by AWS but independent of them. It will provide the community with a platform to have a 'collective voice': an opportunity to explore what we love about AWS, but also what we'd like to see improved.
Community-based learning is the best way to enhance the concepts being taught by connecting with enthusiasts in person, thereby sharing first-hand experiences and familiar, accessible examples.
All skills levels are welcome to help accomplish our motto of learning, sharing and networking. Let us join hands to empower this tech community to make it bigger and better!

Amazon Alexa, the cloud based voice service that powers Amazon Echo, provides access to thousands of skills that enable customers to voice control their world, whether it's listening to music hands free, controlling their smart home devices with a simple ask of "turn on the lights," setting timers when their hands are busy in the kitchen, listening to the news in the morning as they get ready for work, or even ordering a pizza. Through a series of free, self-service, public APIs like the Alexa Skills Kit, developers can build new skills for Alexa and integrate Alexa into their products and services. You don't need to have a background in natural language understanding (NLU) or speech recognition to build great voice experiences for Alexa. Alexa is always getting smarter, both for features, and for NLU and accuracy. Because her brain is in the AWS cloud, she continually learns and adds more functionality, every hour, every day.
